Please Note – Events will be organised as per the norms of administration. Attendee’s in each event will be allowed as per the numbers decided by the local administration.

  • Alcohol and Soft Beverages will be charged as per Banquet Beverage Rate List. Outside alcohol not allowed.
  • Entertainment License (IPRS) is required in case of a Live Performance.
  • Firecrackers and colour bombs are not allowed.
  • Decoration and Entertainment (DJ/ Live Band) is done by outside vendors and charged extra. Guest is free to bring any vendor of their choice or can choose from our panel.
  • Pan/ Masala, outside food, snacks, etc. are not allowed. FHR shall organize any specialty food counter through preferred vendors at an additional cost.
  • Venue will be confirmed once 100% payment done.
  • No pets are allowed.

Child Stay Policy:

  • Two children up to the age of 12 years can be accommodated without any additional charge; we provide sofa come bed in living room.
  • We do not accommodate more than 4 people in any of the cottage.
  • Above four pax extra bed will charged.

Child Meal Policy:

  • 0-6 years – Complimentary
  • Above 06 years – On actual in case of buffet full charges applicable

Arrival and Departure Policy:

  • Check-In - 1200 Hours
